These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lead Relay website, software, messaging workflows, intake tools, scheduling tools, and related services provided by Battle Maple, LLC (“Battle Maple,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Lead Relay”).
By accessing or using Lead Relay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
Lead Relay is operated by Battle Maple, LLC.
1. Description of Service
Lead Relay is a legal technology and intake automation product. The service may help businesses or firms respond to missed calls, send conversational follow-up messages, collect basic intake information, schedule callbacks, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and route certain messages for human review.
Lead Relay is not a law firm. Lead Relay does not provide legal advice, legal representation, medical advice, financial advice, or professional judgment.
2. No Legal Advice or Attorney-Client Relationship
Lead Relay is used for administrative intake and scheduling support only.
Nothing provided by Lead Relay constitutes legal advice. No message, automated response, intake conversation, appointment confirmation, or scheduling interaction should be treated as legal advice or as a substitute for speaking with a qualified attorney.
Use of Lead Relay does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship may only be created directly between a client and a law firm according to that firm’s own procedures and written agreements.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use Lead Relay only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the service to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harassing, or unauthorized messages.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation, or consent.
- Use the service in violation of applicable communications, privacy, consumer protection, or professional rules.
- Use the service to provide unauthorized legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
4. Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number, contacting a business using Lead Relay, requesting follow-up, or otherwise opting in, you agree to receive conversational and operational text messages related to your inquiry.
Messages may include missed-call follow-up, basic intake questions, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and human review handoff.
Message frequency may vary based on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP where supported.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Lead Relay and the businesses using Lead Relay do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Customer and User Responsibilities
Businesses, firms, and other customers using Lead Relay are responsible for:
- Ensuring they have the right to contact leads, prospects, clients, or other recipients.
- Providing accurate business, contact, scheduling, and intake configuration information.
- Reviewing and approving workflows, message templates, disclosures, and compliance settings.
- Ensuring their use of Lead Relay complies with applicable laws, regulations, professional obligations, and industry rules.
- Responding appropriately to leads, clients, urgent issues, opt-out requests, and human review alerts.
Lead Relay may assist with administrative workflows, but customers remain responsible for their own professional judgment, compliance obligations, and client relationships.
6. Accuracy of Information
Lead Relay may rely on information provided by users, businesses, service providers, communications platforms, and automated systems. We do not guarantee that all information collected, displayed, classified, summarized, or transmitted through the service will be complete, accurate, timely, or error-free.
Automated systems may make mistakes. Customers are responsible for reviewing information and making final decisions.
7. Third-Party Services
Lead Relay may integrate with third-party services such as telephony providers, messaging providers, hosting providers, scheduling tools, calendar services, analytics providers, and other software platforms.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to those providers’ own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, errors, data handling, or changes.
8. Privacy
Our collection, use, and sharing of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Lead Relay, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
